Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy offers a person a safe therapeutic space where they can express and process difficult life experiences.
Psychotherapy is a collaborative process based on the relationship between the individual and psychotherapist. The therapeutic space provides a supportive environment that allows a person to talk openly with someone who is neutral, empathic, and non- judgmental. The development of a trusting relationship is central to the healing work.
